Working directly alongside the art director, the production manager, and a small team of designers, I was responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the magazine. This included page layout planning against the issue flatplan, while liaising with the editorial team to ensure smooth pagination and content design. Daily tasks also included creating dynamic layouts with perfect image cut-outs, colour corrections, image manipulation, and retouching techniques. Working to rapid turnaround times, I maintained accuracy and consistency across each issue from initial layout through to final print-ready artwork.

The result was energetic, polished editorial content delivered efficiently within the demands of a weekly publishing schedule. The role strengthened my ability to combine creative layout with technically accurate production, working quickly and confidently while maintaining a high standard across every page.
