Lumanity needed a strong visual presence for its booth at ISPOR Europe, with large printed panels, supporting graphics and an integrated screen. The aim was to make the space stand out at a busy healthcare conference while bringing the supplied marketing messages to life.
The booth required a cohesive visual system across multiple large-format frames and panels, each with different dimensions and production specifications.
The challenge was to translate supplied messaging into a bold, engaging physical experience while maintaining Lumanity's visual identity across large-scale applications, and creating enough visual impact to stand out within a busy conference environment.
I led the artwork setup and supply, translating the creative direction across multiple large-format applications and working directly from event-supplier specifications. I shaped the visual hierarchy, typography, imagery and layout, using high-resolution imagery, artworking and bold graphic treatments to maximise impact at scale.
I also developed an animation for an integrated booth screen, extending the visual experience beyond static panels while maintaining consistency with the wider campaign and brand guidelines.
The final booth created a cohesive, high-impact Lumanity presence across the conference space, combining large-format graphics with an integrated digital screen experience.
The design gave the global marketing and brand messaging greater visual impact while providing the conference team with a distinctive environment designed to attract attention, encourage engagement and support stronger opportunities with stakeholders.
Supporting slides were also developed and shared with social posts in the lead up to the event
